CREATOJINE: Mix one serving with 200–300 ml of water, juice, or your preferred beverage. Take once daily, preferably before or after your workout.
CITRUJINE: Add one scoop (5 g) to 250 ml of water or your preferred beverage. Stir or shake well for approximately 30 seconds. Do not exceed one serving per day.
